Belching with a taste reminiscent of bitter almonds. Violent pain in the stomach, with cold skin. Cold in the stomach and abdomen. Cramp-like cramps in the stomach and abdominal cramps. Pain in the liver as if it formed an abscess. Stitching pain in the liver when pressed. Rumbling in the intestines.
